What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email when you create an account, place an order or buy in the shop
- Your delivery address and car details when you give them to us
- Your purchases, payments and warranty records
- If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and Google account ID
Why we use it
To process your orders and payments, deliver your items, honour warranties, keep our accounting records as the law requires, and contact you about your orders. We do not sell your information.
Payments
M-Pesa payments are handled by Safaricom, card payments by Paystack and PayPal payments by PayPal. Card numbers are entered on their pages and never reach our website.
Who sees it
Our staff, for the purposes above, and the payment and delivery providers needed to complete your order.
Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Contact us using the details on this page. Some records, such as invoices, we must keep for tax purposes.
